Amenities included: central air, central heat, and laundry in building. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: May 20th 2023. $750/month rent. $600 security deposit required.
Important: The bedroom is available now, rental cost is 750$/month with shared bathroom on the 2nd floor(other 2 female tenants lives upstairs at other rooms) , there is a large sharing entertainment room, and a gym room for anyone need to do exercises, providing the trail machine and relaxing machine inside.
The bedroom and restroom are spacious as well. All quite easy going to live together, simple and sweet.

    "You have to have a car in order to commute there’s no buses coming to McKinney to go to Dallas it’s a new community where I live which is new Hope the street of still small and very narrow traffic is very heavy it takes an hour and a half in the morning to get to Mockingbird Lane which is very frustrating it is nice and quiet it’s just too many people moving here now"
