Description

This studio is an upper unit in a charming California Monterey style building. There are 12 units total in the building. There are hardwood floors and has a good size kitchen considering its a studio. The kitchen will be getting new tile flooring put in that will compliment the old style of the unit. There is coin laundry in the building and the owner pays hot water. It is a great location in Long Beach, you can walk a couple yards to the corner of the street and have a straight shot view of the Bluff. Many good restaurants and shops are a short walk away as well. Currently, there is only street parking but your name can be added to the waiting list for a garage.
