Description

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath newly remodeled home. It is 1330 ft of living space and a large backyard with a covered porch. Everything is newer, the carpet, tile, paint, cabinets, water heater, stove, dishwasher, and faucets. Each room has a newer ceiling fan and light. The house has tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. It has central air and heating.
We are looking for a one year lease and the monthly rent is $1900. The deposit is also $1900 a month so it will take $3800 to move in. You should make three times the rent and be on the same job for at least a year. You should have a 600+ credit score. We do a credit check and the fee for the credit check is $40 per adult applicant. I will need at least 3 months of check stubs and your current landlord's phone number if you wish to apply. I will also need a copy of each applicant's driver's license with the application and the credit check fee. Gardner is included.
