It has a beautiful little park, North Water Tower Park, that could use some more love, but currently has a disk golf course, a playground, a volleyball area, and a little pavilion with picnic tables. We have a Neighborhood Walmart and are near several gas stations. Unfortunately, the houses here are priced way above the value of the homes due to their proximity to Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores. It can be expensive to buy here. But the community feel is present and we are very active on the Nextdoor app. Check it out to see what the neighbors are like!"
