I'm currently a student at North Clarion and have gone here all my life. One of my favorite things about this school is the small population (which yes can also be a bad thing). In many of my classes there are less then 20-10 students (in fact there are 7 in my Chem 2 class). I have very close relationships with all my teachers and know I can count on them to help me understand. This school is among the top in our area and we have excelled in the state tests for years. Another thing I like is that our sports are very good (except I wish they'd support us cheerleaders more :( ). They boys basketball won KSAC last year! But the community also adds to the great environment of this small school. We have won 3 sportsmanship awards so far. All in all North Clarion is a wonderful school in both academics and sports and is also very family/community oriented.

My kid went to this school and got treated poorly. She almost got involved with the state police over drama on the bus (not comfy saying) and they pulled the bus tape and nothing happened so all the girls lied and they also got no dicipline letting it happen again. I notice one night when my daughter came home from school and she was Starving and she has been like that for 4 months making me question what was up, and the exact words that came out of her mouth were "they bully me for my weight and tell me to stop eating" let me remind you shes in 2nd grade and shes beautiful. shes lost weight and gained muscel to prove those mean girls wrong and now that we have moved she is in the young marines keeping up the good work. and emotionally the school sucked almost making me file a lawsuite. you tell the school something and they say they are going to do something and they never do. making my daughter cry all the time. so I highly don't recommend not going to this crappy school.
