  • Kristy
"Highfield is a nice and quiet neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly and they know to drive slow while children are playing. I would recommend to anyone "
  • Chris Bosko
"Very quiet, safe and kid friendly. Neighbors all watch out for each other. Country setting but in suburban Butler."
  • Jennifer P.
"My commute to work is too long, I work in cranberry twp. It is mostly main roads. I’ll be glad when the construction on 228 between butler and cranberry is done. "
  • Brianna B.
"Butler Township has very strict dog laws. This can be both a good thing and a bad thing. You cannot have your dog off-leash at any time unless you have a fenced yard. If your dog barks when you're not home, even 10 minutes straight is enough for a police call. I love it, but there's alot of irresponsible dog owners here. "
  • Danyle V.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for approximately 11 years. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. back yards merge together and there are no fences withexception of a few folks who have fenced in gardens to keep animals out or fenced in yard to keep pets in. Very convenient for shopping at Target, Walmart, Sams Club, Giant Eagle, Aldi as well as many nice restaurants very nearby. several good churches within 2 miles to choose from and easy access to downtown. Everything is convenient. Easy access to 422 and Rt 8 as well as Evans City and I-79. "
  • "Amazing place to live, super quiet, very safe, family friendly place to live with great schools. close to everything but so quiet that it makes you feel peaceful!"

"I live 6 houses away from this home...the area is amazing. I have lived here since 1996. It's close to everything but not right in the middle of it. Nice neighborhood for children... This is Northwest School District. Great school, great area all together"
