On the first level you'll find a spacious front living room and half bathroom. As you proceed onward to the kitchen you'll find plenty of cabinets and granite countertops. Enjoy the spacious second living space with 2 story vaulted ceilings. As you ascend to the second level you'll find a loft overlooking the main level, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the laundry closet complete with the washer/dryer for tenant use*. The primary bedroom even has an ensuite bathroom. There is a one care garage and rear patio for outside relaxing. Lawncare is included! There is also a beautiful community pool for those hot summer days. Don't miss your chance to live in this desirable area.

*The washer and dryer are being provided for tenant use, but if they break, it will be the tenant's responsibility to repair, or replace. If replaced, the tenant can take that appliance with them when they leave. Street Parking is not allowed. Parking is only allowed in the garage and drive way.

No Pets Allowed. No smoking inside. Deposit starting at $1,795 (pending strength of application). Each adult applicant 18yrs and older living in home will be required to submit a separate application online and pay a non refundable $65 application fee.

All of our rental properties are set up for self-scheduled viewing. You can tour the home at your convenience without having to make an appointment. You will find a lockbox on the door with a key inside. When you get to the Rently website, type in the address of the property you are wanting to tour, and they will walk you through the process of registering with them, or after you've registered, how to get the code to the lockbox.

It's important to know that the code to the lockbox will only last for one hour. If that code expires before you are able to get to the property, you will need to visit the website again and get a new code.

    "I have lived in this neighborhood for eight years. The people on my street are friendly and caring. Kids of all ages play outside together and are respectful of each other. There is a very strong sense of community on my street, and by far the best neighborhood I have ever lived. The bad part is the city continually clears nearby forest and farm land to add mostly apartments and rentals which drive down property valuse. Those who live outside of my subdivision also use our streets as a cut through and speed through the neighborhood throwing garbage and running stop signs. The city also refuses to improve existing infrastructure, so the schools, roads, and businesses are severely overcrowded. Because of this overcrowding and lack of planning from the city/county, our community has reached its apex and is beginning to decline. As such, we will need to move within the next five years."
