Newer heat pump system for heating and cooling. Water and trash included in rental. Tenant must pay for electricity (APS), but existing roof-top solar system subsidizes electrical costs (total cost of electricity was $850 in 2024). High speed internet available from STARLINK. Well-behaved pets welcome with additional deposit.
Unit can be rented unfurnished -- or make offer on some or all of the furnishings!
Background/credit check and verification of income required.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter seems to be average in academics but excells at this school. I would like to see her challenged more. The music program on the other hand has been surplrisingly pleasant and should be recognized as my daughter was a first year violin player and seems to have done very well due to the teacher. I have witnessed the director first hand and he is engaged and passionate when directing the younger muscicians. The teachers are invested in the kids and really provide a spectrum to challenge more gifted students but help those that have delays. I’m a foster parent with both gifted and challenged students.
