We have for rent a well kept, small 2 bedroom, 1 bath house near Del Mar park about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Some of the features include: recently updated appliance including gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and stackable washer and dryer. Fenced in yard, with lockable side gate and outdoor shed. The home is fully furnished but other arrangements may be considered if requested. There are laminate wood floors throughout the home, and the bathroom is a Jack & Jill shared bathroom.
