"I’ve lived here for almost two years - I think what makes it unique is that it’s upper middle class but it feels very grounded. There are some fancy areas but at the same time, no one gets upset when there’s a very loud party every now and then. I also love that it feels safe, there’s lots of great places to walk, we have so many stores close by to shop, there’s lots of natural hills and areas, and it actually feels like there’s a sense of community even if we’re not talking to each other constantly. "
  • Richard A. W. J.
"It’s a quiet beautifully kept neighborhood where you know all your neighbors. Everyone keeps their homes well landscaped. "
  • Cynthi.ahhh
"There are a good number of festivals that happen here (example: Corn Festival) and other community events. "
  • Hector C.

  • Agnes P.
"Fairly easy. There are not a lot of cars on the street at any time of the day, even during morning rush hour."
  • Brenda M.
"Traffic is Horrible around here these days. Harbor Blvd. is a stand still almost from Imperial Hwy. over Fullerton Rd. all the way to the 60fwy. As well as La Habra Blvd. and Lambert Rd. So stay off the streets from around 4:30pm until at least 6:00pm! Or you'll be sorry...."
  • Kylemanns
