This bedroom and bath are off the kitchen while the other bedroom and bath are off the living room, giving both tenants a lot of space from each other. The other occupant is a second shift worker with 2 cats, quiet, and easy going. She will be furnishing the living room and kitchen to some degree. If necessary I can help furnish the common areas and your bedroom but the cost of the apartment will go up. Washer and dryer included in apt. Gas stove, gas hot water and a high efficiency furnace will make this a good apt in all seasons. Utilities (gas and electric) are split in half with other tenant. Water and sewer and regular garbage collection included. One off street parking space included as well. Prospects with rental history, reliable income and who are willing to fill out an application and eventually get a credit and background check will be given top priority. 1rst and 2 months security due at signing to move in.
