This is a recently remodeled three-bedroom apartment with a 10-minute walk from downtown Barre, making it convenient to downtown shops and restaurants.

Kitchen has been newly rebuilt with new cabinets, appliances (including microwave and dishwasher) and quartz countertops. Bathroom has also been completely remodeled.

There is new laminate flooring throughout the apartment and there is a small walkthrough office/study/storage area between the kitchen and the front bedroom.

New Energy efficient windows and cellular blinds save you money on heating and there are curtain rods ready for your curtains.

It is two blocks from the bus route that can take you to Price Chopper, Montpelier and South Barre (and Hannaford's).

There are no laundry facilities or hookups but there is laundromat only three blocks away.

Tenant pays for electricity, heat (electric). Rent includes water/sewer and trash/recycling/composting pickup.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!
Renter's insurance required with proof prior to move in.

First month's rent plus security deposit required upon signing.

Good prior rental history, no evictions for cause, and sufficient income are required. Income and rental history will be verified.

One year lease required.

Pets considered with $250 non-refundable pet fee plus $75 per month for a dog (1 only) or up to two indoor cats. All animals must be approved by the landlord and must not disturb others in the building. Other pets may be allowed by special agreement. Service animals are always allowed.

No parking on the premises for this unit.
