The bathroom is spacious and well-lit with a walk-in shower. Enjoy central AC and fast WiFi with smart themostat and appliances. Plenty of parking. Perfect home base with privacy. Imagine enjoying the summer days on the water, fishing, kayaking and swimming or hiking the paths of Pachaug Forest adjacent to the neighborhood. Landlords live 5min away. The highway and mall shopping are 10min away; the casinos are 25min away, as well as the hospital in Norwich. Utilities are not included or are negotiable, which is electric air-conditioning and hot water, propane heat and Breezeline internet (current price is $65/month). Background and credit check, application, one month security deposit required. Good credit required, pets negotiable, no smoking indoors. 3-mo minimum stay.

Renter pays for internet, electric, and propane. The landlord does the landscaping, outdoor work in the spring through fall, as well as pays for trash removal. Tenant shovels snow off the steps and the driveway as needed. First month's rent and a security deposit equal to 1 month is required at signing. Pets are negotiable. There will be a $150 cleaning fee at the end of the lease. Good credit is required in background/security check required at applicants cost $37.50
