It is a beautiful place to live, on the Island their are sidewalks to walk your dogs. very people friendly. my dogs used to love the short walk to the Beach (where they are required by LAW to have them on a leash) and play in water and try to chase the birds. it was their daily fun time."

After 4 years at this property, do not feel concerned about safety of person or property. I especially enjoy the stroll down to the ICW where I can see the OIB bridge and boats cruising on the waterway. "
