Though the home retains historic charm, the kitchen appliances and cabinetry have been completely updated. Mature trees, lush green lawn, and pool complement the wonderful location. Home designed by FLW trained Albert Chase McArthur, a designer of the Arizona Biltmore.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
