About this House

Hi all,

I have a completely renovated 2bedroom, 1.5 bath downtown townhome for rent. It has a heated garage, driveway, balcony and patio!

One of a kind town home for rent and only 2 blocks from Mass Ave. It has been renovated, all appliances are 2019-2020. I have attached pics of the interior. Please let me know if you require any more pictures or videos or if you want to come in and check the townhome out.

I am flexible on the move in and move out dates (short term or long term lease). This is a perfect town home for a small family or a couple. Please let me know if you have any questions. The rent details are attached as well. I listed the pricing based on what other luxury apartments cost. However, mine has more square footage, parking included for 2 cars and the garage is heated.

It can come fully furnished or unfurnished. The master bedroom can have two queen beds or a king bed.

Thanks!
