I do not list on Facebook or Craigslist. Great location. Close to shopping, banks, Ford's Wayne Assembly, restaurants, airport, 1-275 and 1-94 expressways. Walk to downtown Wayne. No cats or dogs due to owners health reasons. No court filings for evictions. Home has A/C, stove, Refrigerator, washer and dryer. Great front and back covered porches. It has the orginal hard wood on the floors in the living room and formal dinning room that was just refinished. New vinyl planking in kitchen. Newer carpet upstairs in all 3 bedrooms and hall and stairs. The large master bedroom and two other smaller bedrooms are upstairs. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a closet. All closets are small. The bathroom is upstairs. Each side has their own basements and their own gas, electric and water meters. Tenant pays for gas, electric and water. This side has a partially finished basement.
Sorry no cats or dogs due to owners health reasons.
No bankruptcy please. Credit needs to be at least 600. Please do not apply if you ever been evicted or have court filing for eviction. Everyone 18 years and older must do their own credit/background check through Zillow. Security deposit of 1 1/2 month ($2,175.00) and 1 month rent ($1,450.00) needed to move in for a total of $3,625.00.
Must gross (before taxes) 3 x rent ($4350 a month, $52,200 a yr before taxes).
Prefer non smokers but not a deal breaker.
