Tenant responsible for water, electric, gas bills in their own name. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow maintenance. Pets are considered on a case by case basis and will require a one-time pet fee of $500 and additional $100 per month rent per pet. Emotional Support Animals will require a letter from your physician and the physician will be called to verify such letter. Online certificates are NOT accepted, only official letters from your physician. Tenant must show verifiable combined annual income of $80,000 for adult(s) on the lease. Home cannot be used as a short-term rental. Application through Zillow required to cover background and credit check. No smoking in the home. No former evictions.
