"The neighborhood has great pockets of people all around! This place has really improved over the last 5 years. The area is nice and central to safeway and costco! "I've been here over 16 years. it's an old neighborhood, with some quirk now and then. But it's just like every other part of Tacoma. You need thick skin, and a big heart to here."

"The clearly paved trails for walking, biking, running. Open and safe areas. Well kept landscaping I run daily/nightly often finding myself dodging dog poop here and there. "

"Make sure someone’s home when packages arrive, I’ve had multiple packages stolen from my porch. I have to add special instructions for my packages to be hidden and out of plain sight. "
