There is a uility sink for hand washing and cabinets for storage. A well thought out space indeed~~ Master suite is very roomy---this is the main area in need of cosmetics due to the previous owners most likely keeping the family pet in this room while away--some chewed door frames and stained carpet should be an easy fix. Exit door leading to the back porch and lots of windows as well. Master bath is truly inspiring with a "spa like" shower with a "rain" shower head and lots of room~ Double vanity area, deep soaking jetted tub and large closet. This master bath is worth it all
