About this House

This newer 2 bedroom + 1 1/2-bathroom home is located near Old Town Clovis off of Bullard and Minnewawa. It features a nice cozy floorplan with a living room, kitchen and half bathroom downstairs. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, each with its own private vanity area and a separate jack and jill shower/toilet area. It has a nice small loft area that would be perfect for a desk or sitting area, an upstairs laundry room, and an attached one-car garage. It also comes with a private fenced in yard (yard service will be provided). Solar included, tenant will be responsible for their PGE true up.

1 year lease. No pets. A washer, dryer and refrigerator will be provided for tenant's use (no warranty). Tenant will be responsible for all utilities and will be required to provide proof of renters insurance prior to taking possession of the property. Water, sewer, and trash is a shared cost with unit #B.

Most people seem to be very dog friendly and it’s nice when you’re out for a walk with your fur baby, that you will almost always meet someone who wants to say hello or has a dog that you want to say hello to and they will let you.     "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
