The backyard is very private with 5 fruit trees that include, apple, fig, apricot, and lemon. Beautiful rose gardens and tulips. It also features a bird aviary that had been used for canary's. Behind the back yard is an easement that lends itself to walking trails.

From here you can experience any kind of terrain you are looking to explore just driving under 2 hours in any direction. Mountain, low/high desert, beach, city... it’s all just a short drive away, depending on traffic lol. Yucaipa has family friendly festivals and celebrations all throughout the year promoting local business, arts, and music. There is an up and coming uptown area of the city at the top of Yucaipa blvd. which is growing and booming with a great mix of local culture and cuisine. "
