Military Clause (Service Members Civil Relief Act):
Lease may be terminated early with official PCS or deployment orders (90+ days) and written notice.
Inspections & Maintenance:

Landlord and tenant will conduct move-in and move-out inspections.

Landlord will perform quarterly maintenance visits, including HVAC filter replacements at two visits.
At least 24 hours notice will be given before landlord entry.

Tenant must report repair needs promptly and maintain a clean, orderly property.

Occupancy & Property Rules:
Only listed tenant(s) may reside at the property.
No additional occupants allowed without written landlord permission.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors.
No animals allowed without prior written approval.
Violations may lead to immediate lease termination and additional fees.

Tenant must get written approval for any property changes or alterations.
Unauthorized changes may require tenant to restore the property at their own expense.

Subleasing or transferring the lease is prohibited and voids the agreement.

They are demolishing and taking over all those old homes with new apartments towards fm 78 etc. Can’t wait for this area to fully grow. It’s gonna be pretty nice I think "
