It has central heat and air, vaulted ceilings, double windows and storm shutters new metal roof. Nice Storage shed in fenced yard. Fridge and oven included in kitchen. No carpet. Separate garden tub and shower in large master bath. Split bedroom plan with a bedroom and full bath on each end of the home.

Rent is $1175 for 2 year lease or $1275 for a 1 year lease. Plus all utilities.

Refundable Security deposit will be based on local rental history and will range 1.5 - 2 times rent

All pets are considered with a deposit and monthly fee.

You must have provable combined income of 2800+ monthly.
