Description

This lovely large 3 bed, 1 bath house, is located between Airport Boulevard and Government and across from the Police Station. It's a short walk away from the Public Safety Memorial Park, and a short drive away from the nearby Neighborhood Walmart, Whataburger, and Costco. Easy to get onto the interstate I-10 or 65. Only a quick 3 minute walk away from the public transit system, helping you access the city. Fenced backyard. Fully Electric. Go by anytime and check out the house, I've left the windows open and you can look through them.

The house has original hardwood flooring in some rooms and new vinyl in the kitchen and living room. The house has Central Heat and Air, Stove, Refrigerator, and washer and dryer connections. Freshly painted inside and out, with a large back porch. We allow pets but not dogs, no exceptions. 1 year lease, $1150/m rent + $1150 deposit.

You are not only getting a new home, you are getting a new landlord and a new neighborhood. This is hard to beat. I like to fix problems and I usually fix them within 1 or 2 days.

There is a $25 application fee, credit check and background check. I take at least 5 applications before choosing the best one. Rent and deposit must be paid up front to move in.
