The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove top, double oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a large living area with couches, a TV, and a dining table.
The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The house has free parking, free water utility, and a Santa Cruz Metro 35 bus stop about a mile away. The property is also 1.5 miles from a 24-hour Safeway and an easy drive to UCSC.
The studio is available under a lease agreement for the winter and spring quarters.
