Unique rustic/rural/private 1 bed/1 bath guest house with same level parking/access. Beautiful view. Covered deck and patio, furnished. Although furnished, furnishings can be removed for long term lease. Cats and fence free dog ok. Water, internet and tv, trash are included in rent. Electricity tenant responsibility (though there is some solar which will decrease bill). Propane is tenant responsibility and is used for heat only. No central ac, but there is a room ac. Home is not updated, but perfect for single person looking for peace and quiet.

Annual lease required. $2600 per month. Landlord pays for water, trash and internet/dish tv (and provides a big screen tv). Electricity and propane are tenant responsibility. Propane only used for heat. There is some solar which will offset some electricity. Home is furnished but furnishings (some or all) can be removed for right tenant.
