This is a working apple orchard and cider mill in Mid-Michigan, about half-way between Lansing and Ithaca. Washer, dryer, range, dishwasher, refrigerator new in 2010. Deck new in 2011, made of composite wood for no-maintenance. Basement is half crawl space, and half regular basement. Whole-house soft water, newer high-efficiency furnace with central AC. We use wood in a wood-burner in the basement that is attached to the furnace ductwork to heat the whole house cheaply.
