About this House

This beautiful home in the beginning of wine country is on 3 acres and has plenty of space with a large fenced in front and backyard. The inside of the house has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen, new tile flooring, and new carpet in all of the bedrooms. What makes this property unique is that it is only minutes 7 minutes away from the freeway, but is also minutes away from all the wineries. So you get the privacy and quiet of being in wine country but your still close enough to everything that it won't take you 20 minutes just to get groceries. There is also plenty of parking and storage for an RV, Trailers, or whatever can be parked in the driveway.

Owner pays for all utilities, including water, electricity, propane, internet, etc. The house already has solar installed so electricity is minimal.
No smoking inside the house.
Minimum 1 year lease.
Tenant is also responsible for general maintenance of back yard, and landscaper should be able to handle it by going once a month. I already have a company that's been working on the house for years, they are very reasonable if you don't want to take care of it yourself.
