Perfect size for single person wanting separate office or starter couple wanting space for friends/family to come visit (because they will when you live in such an amazing town!). No Dogs and not wheelchair accessible
Place also comes with one rare carport spot! (No shoveling snow off your car or worrying about where you will park if it hails!) Unit also has ample visitor parking outside b/c it's close to the pool (unlike some of the other units closer to the middle of the complex). All the conveniences of having your own house, without the responsibility of doing your own yard work/landscaping. South facing patio/windows give you good sun during the winter (when days are shorter) & makes for a nice warm feeling when you come home. On ground level so you don't have to lug your groceries or furniture up the stairs.
Unit also features key less entry and exit so you never have to worry about forgetting your keys and you don't have to lug them with you when you go out for a quick run/bike/hike.

Minimum lease term 1yr

Deposit + First month's rent due at signing, and last month's rent due with second monthly payment. If starting in the middle of the month, rent will be prorated, but first full month will be charged initially, and prorated amount will be second monthly payment. Owner pays for sewer, trash, water, and snow removal. Background/credit check required at tenant expense (through transunion smartmove or zillow application).
