$1200/month. Renters insurance is required at time of lease. Additionally, I will lead a woodstove safety training. Tenant will pay for water, high speed internet (optional), and any fuel needed to run the backup generator.

Open to short-term trial periods to make sure it is a good fit for you (weekend, up to a month)
