The kitchen offers plenty of storage/ pantry space and there is a linen cupboard in the hallway. Both bedrooms have new ceiling fans, offer large closets with above closet storage, and large windows filling the rooms with beautiful natural light. Off of the kitchen there is a private side run. Landscaping recently redone to create a front patio spaced designed for outdoor dining and relaxing. Street parking only, but easy to find.

We are open to a small dog or cat. Will require a $500 non-refundable pet-deposit and there will be an increase in rent of $50 per pet/per month.

Owner pays for water and landscaping.
Renter pays utilities (gas, waste, and electric).
