Recently remodeled 2 bed 2 bath condo in a safe, quiet, gated community in the desirable Oceanside neighborhood of Rancho Del Oro. Community pool and spa are very close to unit. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet only 5 miles to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
This property is just west of Mira Costa College and very close to shopping, restaurants and health care. The neighborhood has wide sidewalks and bike lanes and is ideal for exercising.
Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 patios, 2 designated parking spots and is perfect for 2 people to share.

Minimum lease is 30 days but a longer lease is preferred. All utilities are included except gas and electric which will be paid by the owner and deducted from the security deposit. Basic WiFi is included. Faster WiFi or basic cable can be added but the extra cost will be deducted from the security deposit. Direct transfer of funds is required in advance for first month's rent, security deposit, and cleaning fee. Balance of security deposit is refundable upon termination of lease.
