The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, large sink, garbage disposal, pantry, and plenty of counter space. The other two bedrooms are quite spacious, have large closets, and share a full bathroom which includes a shower/tub combo and very well-lit vanity. The lighting in the home is excellent at night and the central heating/cooling is capable of adjusting the temperature in a matter of minutes due to separate upstairs/downstairs zones, allowing for more energy efficient temperature control.

This home is excellently located, being only minutes from the El Macero Shopping Center, Oakshade Town Center, Target, and Downtown Davis for all of your shopping needs. Additionally, this home is conveniently only 0.7 miles from the I-80 on ramps but freeway noise is non-existent. Lastly, this home is only a 3 minute walk to both the P and Q Unitrans bus lines, allowing for easy travel to the UC Davis Campus, Davis Amtrak station, Downtown Davis, and Davis Senior High School. For those who would rather bike, this home is 15 minutes from the UC Davis campus, 10 minutes from downtown, and less than 10 minutes from any of the aforementioned shopping centers.
