My husband, 6-month-old baby, and I are moving out of state at the end of the month (April) and are looking for a long-term tenant to care for our beloved home (starting 4/27 or 5/1). Our home is self-owned and self-managed. If you choose to rent from us, we would personally get the privilege of being your host always available by text or call whenever you need something.

The Home:
Our home is fully furnished and fully remodeled (new kitchen, flooring, lighting, bathrooms, yard everything). Since this is our personal residence, we take pride of ownership. It's not a fix-and-flip or high-volume rental and it looks as such. The style/design I was going for is called "Cozy Minimalist" a home that is clean, simple, modern, decluttered, and peaceful so your mind can unwind, and your body can be at ease. A place of peace and relaxation from the hustle and bustle.

3 bedroom/2 bathrooms:
- Primary bedroom: King bed, attached bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, walk-out patio door
- Second bedroom: Currently set up as a nursery, but will be converted to a queen bedroom upon move out (unless nursery set up is preferred)
- Third bedroom: Currently set up as an in-home office/library. This room can be converted to a queen bedroom, upon request.
- Second bathroom with deep bathtub designed for the ultimate bath experience
- Gorgeous open kitchen with lots of storage and counter space, large island, and pantry
- Huge laundry room with lots of storage space, counter space, and a stainless-steel utility sink (almost as big as a bedroom)
- Open floor plan with lots of windows to allow for natural light
- Covered outdoor patio with dining table to enjoy Arizona's beautiful weather ( of the year)
- Giant, private backyard with 1200 sq ft of quality turf and fire pit area to enjoy in the cool evenings
- Storage space available, upon request
- Driveway and street parking
- Fully furnished and fully stocked kitchen. All appliances are included.

Location:
Our home is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in North Phoenix (36th Street & Thunderbird). We have quick access to the 51 and 101 freeways for getting around the Valley easily (great location for commuting). The revamped PV outdoor mall, Desert Ridge, and Costco are within a 10-minute drive away.

- 12-month lease preferred (shorter stays may be accommodated just ask)
- Credit score of 620+ (higher preferred)
- Income 2.5-3x monthly rent

- $3,000/month without utilities (tenant responsible for Wi-Fi, water/sewer/trash, and electricity)
- $3,400/month with utilities (everything included)
