"There’s not really any community events I participate in, but farmers market is a good family-friendly event "
  • Pearlstory19
"Dog owners would MOST like that neighbors aren’t too concerned with dogs going potty in their yards, as long as you keep things picked up. Dog owners would NOT like, is that there are coyotes in the area and can scare the dogs day or night."
  • Trulia User
"Beautiful neighborhood and people. very respectful and safe place! I was just visiting but wouldn't mind living here. "
  • Trulia User
"Just 2 blocks from county jail and mental health facilities. lots of transients. Had our vehicles broken into and had a man try to get in my daughter's 2nd floor bedroom. We no longer feel safe."

"Family friendly neighborhood. Great sense of community. Great views of Possession sound. Everyone mows their lawn! "
  • Smithnumberthree
"A lot of transients in the area. Therefore there is a lot of garbage and broken glass around. Probably due to the jail being located in the middle of town and many shelters and such in the area. Also, the town seems to lack adequate lighting in the neighborhoods. "
  • Kristaludwig23
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year now and I love how many parents are near by and I’m grateful to be able to talk walks with my kids and feel safe and feel like everyone is looking out for me."

  • Jaysoto20
