Living room, foyer, half bath, and dining room have hardwood floors. The kitchen is spacious and has white cabinets, electric cook top, microwave, double-door refrigerator, and double convection ovens. All kitchen appliances have been updated. The Bosch washer and dryer also remain. Master bath has jetted tub and separate shower. The upper level has two bedrooms, full bath between them, and an exercise room with walk-in attic storage. there is also another large storage attic over the garage accessed by a wide staircase. Within the added building is a vaulted ceiling great room with lots of windows, a conditioned utility room or shop room that could easily be converted to a kitchen, an office that could be a sitting room or bedroom, a full bathroom, and a loft that could be used as a bedroom or meeting room, totaling 1531 square feet(included in the total square footage of both homes combined). This extra building is surrounded by concrete walkways and there is a large concrete parking area serving both buildings. This lovely home and guest house are surrounded by woods and hills and have tons of privacy for the person needing the escape from the city but yet be minutes away. There are nine homes in this special subdivision. The path behind the home leads up the hill to the River Gorge Trust land on the side of Elder Mountain, an area protected from development and perfect for the avid hiker.
