Our top floor 2 Bed / 1 Bath Pendleton Square condo in north-central Boulder is available now for a 1-year lease. No pets or smoking (of any substance) are allowed in the unit or on the balcony. The unit faces the trees in the interior of the complex, rather than the parking lots. Vaulted ceilings in the living room.

Monthly rent is $1750 plus a $2500 security deposit due at lease signing. Applicants will need to pass a credit, past landlord reference, and background check. Please contact us if you would like the link for a walk-through video that one of our tenants made.

The Pendleton Square complex has a swimming pool, and the unit includes one assigned parking spot. Located in north-central Boulder (between Iris and Kalmia), the unit is close to Tangerine, 24 Hour Fitness, and Vic's Coffee.
