"Peaceful neighborhood and dogs are all over the place. I had an incident with a neighbor constantly calling the police when my dog would bark. That was very discouraging but otherwise it is dog friendly. "
  • Sabrina Mickel
"Peace quiet and feeling of safety. That’s the main thing I have been here for over 10 years and feel very safe. "

"Great location combining privacy, a strong sense of community, beautiful terain close to the Metro Parks, yet < 10 minutes from most stores and the highway. This enclave within pepper pike has a wonderful community pool that is a gathering place for families throughout the summer, for swim meets, picnics and parties. "
  • Pablo L. E.
"15 min to work. I can come home for lunch every day. Traffic is light and manageable. Prudent drivers"
  • Bradley
"I commute easily to downtown. Many different routes and traffic can be difficult but is considerably better than other metropolitan centers."
  • Cfreund9
"Great place to live and raise a family - very good public schools, incredible Cleveland parks, 20 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes or less from Heinen’s - best grocery store around, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods etc. one community has a local pool called Landerwood which is an amazing gathering spot for families during the summer with an organized swim team, meets and events. "
  • Mitchell K.
"A nice and quiet suburb of Cleveland. Large lots, good city services, near shopping and dining, close freeway access."
  • Mitchell K.
"Quiet area with large lots and little foot traffic due to lack of sidewalks. Close to shopping and dining with easy freeway access."
  • Charlotteclarkjenkins
"Living here is like living in a park with everything you need within walking/biking distance. I walk/bike on low traffic roads to parks, public library, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Starbucks and a variety of retail stores and restaurants. Kersdale Road is a quiet, beautiful road. We live in a wooded area with a variety of wildlife. Pepper Pike is a community that cares about the citizens' quality of life. There are community events throughout the summer: movie nights in the park, free concerts, food tastings. Trash and recycling are picked up at homeowners' back door. There is a community wide phone calling alert system for events that citizens need to be aware of. "
