About this House

Close to downtown in a nice neighborhood. 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom located in a 4-plex. The unit has gas heat and central air, covered parking, swimming pool, tile throughout, full size washer and dryer.

This house is south of Camelback between the Biltmore and the Arcadia Areas. Close walking distance to Postinos, Le Grande Orange, Chelsa Kitchen and everything located on 32nd Street and Indian School Rd.

A very desirable area. I am an easygoing landlord looking for the right tenant who does not want to live in a big apartment complex. This unit is available the middle in October. Your welcome to drive by get off and walk around.

I pay the water, gas, pool service, sewage and trash.

The current tenant is leaving tin October.

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
