About this House

This is a container home community at the Tom Sawyer RV park. We are located right next to the Delek refinery in Big Spring, Tx. The containers are fully furnished with all your everyday needs. We offer full/queen size beds and if you need occupancy for 2, we can arrange twin beds for the container.

This property has a flexible lease agreement. Rent is $1100 with a $400 refundable deposit if you stay for three months or more. All utilities are included with WIFI. We have a laundry facility onsite that is free for tenants.

    "I live at Oak Manor Villas. This neighborhood is very quiet and people mostly stay to themselves. Lots of people in and out. No one seems to stay long. Very expensive to live here. Basically an apartment that has mobile home quality materials."
