One year lease. Pets conditional upon owner approval, with non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. Absolutely no smoking, inside or outside the property. First month's rent and damage deposit due at signing. Tenant responsible for yard care (regular mowing and weeding) and snow removal. $125/mo water and sewer fee.     "There are children around but only by necessity as rent is very cheap here. It is absolutely not friendly, one of the most dangerous areas in Spokane. Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."
