About this House

Welcome to this one-of-a-kind modern retreat --a home lovingly created by a designer (me), a builder (my partner Ryan), and an architect (my dad)all in one family. This is a space crafted by people who care about living life fully and peacefully.

Ryan and I spent many months committed to this piece of land to serve as a retreat for you. We brought in special touches from our travels in Oaxaca in Southern Mexico. We spent countless nights and weekends going over plans, design, and the small details that make this house home-y.

We live just a few blocks away and hope we can serve as a conduit into the community here in Chattanooga. I own a yoga studio, and Ryan teaches at an elementary school nearby. Feel free to ask us any questions about the house or area. We look forward to be-friending you.

"Trash everywhere and people let cats and dogs roam. Thief is very high in this area. Cars park all over sides of street and will park in front of other people homes."
  • Carlette M.
"Live there for 19 years nice neighbors,no body has ever touch anything or stole any thing.Have left door open and gone all day.Great place to live"
  • Brian H.
"East Lake is an older neighborhood on the rebound. Middle class folks moved out thirty years ago and many of the properties became rentals. Crime went up. Then ten years ago, a few people started buying properties at unbelievable prices and investing in the neighborhood again. There are an abundance of older craftsman style houses here if you have a working and creative spirit. I love seeing all the remodeling happening all around me."
