Just a couple blocks from Montrose and Westheimer, this spot is quiet but you have easy access to the main streets. 10-15 minute drive to the medical center for an easy commute. Beautiful tree-cover keeps the neighborhood cooler than other areas.

The downstairs has a large living area, kitchen with lots of counter space and cabinet storage, and a half bath. Washer and dryer in the kitchen as well. The back of the home has a cozy, private patio that's partially covered so you can enjoy in all weather.

Upstairs has two bedrooms, with Jack-and-Jill bathrooms - two toilets with a shared shower in the middle. Larger primary bedroom has two large closets, one of which is a larger walk-in closet. Smaller bedroom has two closets as well.

One off-street parking space and plenty of free/non-permitted street parking available as well.

Depending on the renter's interest, the home could be rented semi-furnished.

Available starting August 1, 2025, but earlier move-in in late July with pro-rated rent could be a possibility depending on renter's interest.

Dogs allowed but no cats.

The home was recently repainted and had the A/C system replaced, plus a number of other small plumbing and electrical upgrades have been made over the last few years. So the house is in great shape!

Monthly rent includes water, sewer, and garbage costs. HOA paid for by owners also covers basic landscaping and maintenance around the outside of the townhomes (leaf blowing, cleaning gutters, etc).

All other utilities (electricity, gas, WiFi) paid for by renter.

12 or 13 month lease preferred.

Everything I need is within a 1 to 2 mile radius which makes it super convenient run errands. I see the same familiar faces daily which I feel makes it a bit more safer. It's super quiet at night too."

I was only here for about three days in which I used Uber the whole time and it got extremely pricey. I think if there was those scooters that are around the street I would have totally used them.
