Hi! We have a newly remodeled home in fallbrook ready to be moved in to. We're in a really quiet neighborhood, nice for jogging or running, lots of space to make a garden or grill outside or make a bonfire in the afternoons.

All utilities included (water, gas, wifi, electricity)

I have one female roommate at the moment but we're looking for another two.
There's two bathrooms and four rooms so two people share a bathroom.
We have a really big shared kitchen with lots of space to cook.
Multiple refrigerators, stoves and microwaves.
There's two washers and two dryers in the house.
The rooms come with a brand new bedframe & new mattress
