Extra storage and covered parking is available first come first serve for an additional monthly fee.

Residents are responsible for heat, electric and a fixed monthly fee for water/sewer as follows:

1 Bedrooms - $65
2 Bedrooms - $75
3 Bedrooms - $85
4 Bedrooms - $95

We have a no-smoking policy in our buildings and apartments.

The application fee is $60.00 per applicant for anyone 18 years or older. Move in costs include a security deposit of 1/2 the monthly rent price plus a one time $100 admin fee.

Below are the minimum requirements for the community:
- Credit Score: 575 average among applicants
- Income: Gross income 3x the monthly rent
- Criminal: No sex offenders, No violent felonies ever, No non-violent felonies in the past 7 years
- Evictions: No evictions in the past 7 years.
