You will enjoy our freshly updated apartments, which include luxury vinyl flooring throughout, carpeted bedrooms, and updated kitchens. Coin-operated laundry is available on your floor with first come first serve additional storage units at no additional cost. The landlord is responsible for trash. While residents are responsible for electric and a fixed monthly fee for water/sewer and heat. We have a no-smoking policy in our buildings and apartments.

The application fee is $50.00 per applicant for anyone 18 years or older. We will get back with you in 24-48 hours. Below, you will find some of our minimum requirements:
