The house is also equipped with the following kitchen appliances: refrigerator, stove, range, and dishwasher. Everything is electric. Also includes a washer and dryer.

There is also a $55 non-refundable application fee that will cover a credit check and a criminal background check. We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers. This house is also pet friendly but requires a $500 non-refundable pet fee for a dog and a $250.00 for a cat. Nothing over 30 lbs. Two Max!!

New people, new attitudes, new accents, and covington grew into a concrete jungle. I live in the north rural part of Covington. It was a quiet town, but it seemed as if everyone knew on another or a family member etc. Parents: the schools are ridiculous now. They do not teach cursive writing in school anymore... I suggest homeschooling your children or sending them to a private school. "
