About this House

This condo is located in the historic Stafford Building in Cincinnati's vibrant Over-the-Rhine (OTR) neighborhood. Revitalized in 2019, this charming building offers a central location with easy access to downtown Cincinnati's attractions. You are within walking distance of Findlay Market, Paycor Stadium, TQL Stadium, and Great American Ball Park, and just a short drive to the University of Cincinnati's campus. Situated on the second floor, the condo requires one flight of stairs to access, with a shared main entry and private entry into the unit.
The condo features a full kitchen with a sit-in bar, a cozy sitting room with a large-screen TV, and a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a second large-screen TV. Both TVs are equipped with Rokus for streaming your favorite services. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, the bedroom includes a dedicated work desk, and the closet offers ample hanging space along with a stackable washer and dryer.
Parking is available in the Mercer Garage, a secured parking facility with a daily rate, eliminating the need to feed meters. The garage is conveniently accessible by vehicle on Vine Street, and the pedestrian exit leads directly across the street from the building. A parking pass is provided in the unit, but failure to return it upon check-out will incur a $400 replacement fee.
Nestled in the heart of OTR, you'll find yourself within walking distance of numerous restaurants, nightlife, and the bustling Findlay Market, perfect for daytime shopping. The Cincinnati Bell Connector Street Car service, which is free of charge, connects the Over-the-Rhine and Banks areas of downtown, making it easy to explore the city.
The condo is equipped with cameras in the shared hallways and at the front door, but not inside the unit. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 cleaning fee. The condo is designed for a maximum of four occupants at any time, and unauthorized overnight guests may lead to cancellation without refund. Pets are welcome, but any damage caused will incur a $300 fee. Units left in disarray will be subject to a $200 deep cleaning fee.
