Tenant is also responsible for their own snow removal as well as front&backyard grass cutting. Professionally managed and maintained. First and last months rent, no security deposit. Plus a $100 lock fee is required to move in.

It’s convenient to highways and plenty of stores, including grocery and banking although it’s an older neighborhood the homes are well kept, and there is no crime here. I always felt safe in my home and walking the neighborhood. People are friendly and try to be neighborly and helpful."
